Church Picnic Sunday, Sept. 12

Please join us after the 12:00 PM Spanish Mass to celebrate the birthday of our Blessed Mother, the Virgin Mary. The Nativity of the Virgin Mary is celebrated September 8, but since it is a weekday, we will celebrate SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 12.

Due to ongoing concerns of Covid-19, St. Mary’s will provide the hamburgers, hotdogs, rolls and water, but we are asking each family to bring their own side dish of their choice, to share with your family. We are also asking each family to set up a table or tables and chairs for their family members and then when it is time to go home, return the tables and chairs back to the gymnasium where you found them. This will be extremely helpful to the parish seeing as we do not currently have a formal group responsible for parish events. “Many hands make light work”. See you on Sunday, September 12, 2021 after the 12:00 PM Mass!

Invitamos a nuestros feligreses y amigos a celebrar con nosotros el cumpleaños de Nuestra Madre, la Virgen María. La Natividad de la Virgen se celebra el 8 de septiembre, pero como cae día de semana, lo celebraremos el DOMINGO 12 DE SEPTIEMBRE DESPUÉS DE LA MISA DE LAS 12 DEL MEDIODÍA.

Debido a las preocupaciones actuales del Covid-19, la parroquia suministrara las hamburguesas, hotdogs y el agua, pero les solicitamos traer sus propias ensaladas o postres para el consumo de su familia e invitados. También le pedimos a cada familia que traiga del gimnasio su mesa o
mesas con sus respectivas sillas para la celebración, y que al final del evento, las devuelvan a su lugar (el gimnasio). Esto será de gran ayuda para la parroquia, ya que actualmente no contamos con un comité organizador para estos eventos parroquiales. "Muchas manos hacen el trabajo mas liviano". ¡Nos vemos el domingo!
