Saint Mary is happy to announce our next Day Retreat with Fr. Anthony J. Mastroeni on Saturday, October 14 at the Convent of St. Birgitta in Darien, CT. There will be two talks, one on Our Lady of Fatima (one day after the anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun), and one on the Blessed Sacrament. Fr. will celebrate Holy Mass in the Extraordinary Form and there will be opportunity for confession.

Fr. Anthony J. Mastroeni earned an S.T.L. in Spiritual Theology, a doctorate in Moral Theology from the Angelicum in Rome; a J.D. in Civil Law from Rutgers Law School; and an M.A. in Psychology from Seton Hall University. For the last 33 years he has been teaching theology and philosophy at the University of San Francisco, the Franciscan University of Steubenville, four years at the University’s campus in Gaming, Austria, as well as The International Pontifical Institute for Marriage and the Family in Gaming, Austria. From 1999 to the present Fr. Mastroeni has taught theology and directed the chaplaincy at Christendom College in Front Royal, Virginia. He was the founding director of Christendom’s Rome campus.
