| A Blessed Easter Season to one and all! I want to begin by thanking those who made it possible for us to celebrate the Holy Week ceremonies as well as we were able under the circumstances. Paul McLaughlin took care of the technology end of things. John Pia and Bill Riccio, our masters of ceremonies, made everything happen the way it is supposed to happen. Charlie Weaver and Richard Dobbins provided the music. I know I can speak for all of us when I say that I am grateful for all the time and energy they expended making it possible for all of us to experience the ceremonies as well as can have been hoped for.
I am also grateful to all who have made the effort and sacrifice to continue to support St. Mary’s financially. The number of those giving online has more than doubled. If anyone needs help setting up an online giving account we in the office can assist. We will continue to pray for an end to the current situation. All of us are ready to return to “normal”. We encourage the RCIA students to keep up their studies. We hope to be able to administer the sacraments on the Vigil of Pentecost (May 31). We will schedule the final exam as soon as we are able. We also hope to distribute the palms blessed on Palm Sunday at that time. Stay well and keep praying. Father Ringley |
¡Una bendita temporada de Pascua para todos y cada uno! Quiero comenzar agradeciendo a aquellos que hicieron posible que celebraramos las ceremonias de Semana Santa lo mejor que pudimos a pesar de las circunstancias. Paul McLaughlin se encargó del aspecto tecnológico. John Pia y Bill Riccio, nuestros maestros de ceremonias, hicieron que todo sucediera como se supone que suceda. Charlie Weaver y Richard Dobbins proporcionaron la música.
